We want our fellow to grow as a clinician, educator and researcher, and into their future career!
Mentor Meetings:
Fellows meet monthly with the Program Director to review the current rotation, preview the upcoming rotation, and discuss any questions or concerns. But program leadership has an open door policy and is available anytime.
Career Mentorship:
At least one senior faculty member, and the program director, meet with the fellow regularly to explore career interests and potential pathways.
Alumni Network:
We have an extensive and tight-knit alumni family with connections in the LA area and throughout the US.
